FAQ

Common questions

Which universities are eligible?

Any UK university with a .ac.uk email address, as long as you are within our 5 mile delivery radius in Bristol.

Does the discount expire?

The 20% first-order bonus is one-time only. The 10% ongoing discount continues for as long as you remain a student — if you graduate, the ongoing discount will no longer apply.

Can I use it for delivery and collection?

Yes — the discount applies to both delivery and collection orders.

One discount per person?

Yes. One student discount per account and per university email address. We check for duplicate verifications.

What if I don't have a .ac.uk email?

Currently the discount requires a .ac.uk email. If your institution uses a different domain, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
