These terms and conditions govern your use of the Alfu International online ordering service operated by Alfu Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11778211, whose registered address is 707a Fishponds Road, Fishponds, Bristol.

By placing an order through our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

A minimum order value may apply. Any minimum order threshold will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We deliver within a 5-mile radius of our store at 707a Fishponds Road, Bristol. You will be shown whether your postcode is within our delivery area before placing your order.

Orders must be placed by 4:00pm for same-day fulfilment. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be scheduled for the following day.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock or where we are unable to serve your area.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash for online orders.

Payment is taken in full at the time of placing your order. Prices are displayed in pound sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We do not store your full card details. Card information is handled entirely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details of how your payment data is processed.

We offer delivery within a 5-mile radius of our store. Delivery is available 7 days a week, subject to driver availability.

• Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 4:00pm will be delivered the same day.
• Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered the following day.

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Alfu Limited accepts no liability for late deliveries caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before you pay.

You may choose to collect your order from our store at 707a Fishponds Road, Fishponds, Bristol.

• Collection orders must be placed before 4:00pm for same-day collection.
• Orders must be collected by 8:00pm on the day of collection.
• Uncollected orders after 8:00pm may be returned to stock. Please contact us if you are unable to collect within the stated window.

You may request a refund or cancellation within 7 days of your order date, subject to the conditions below.

• Food products: Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns of food items. Refunds will be issued where a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, significantly different from its description, or not delivered. Food items must not be returned to the store.
• Non-food items: Non-perishable, non-food items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they are confirmed for dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched or is being prepared for collection, cancellation may not be possible and a refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe and will typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We endeavour to fulfil every order exactly as placed. However, due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, certain items may occasionally be unavailable at the time your order is fulfilled.

In such circumstances, we may substitute an unavailable product with a suitable alternative of equal or greater value at no extra charge. Where a substitution is made:

• We will inform you of the substitution on your order confirmation or picking slip.
• The replacement product will be of a comparable type, quality, and value.
• If you are not satisfied with a substituted item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a refund for that item.

You may request that we do not substitute items by noting this in the order comments at checkout. We will make every effort to honour such requests.

All products are subject to availability. Prices displayed on the website are correct at the time of display but may be updated without prior notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time you complete your order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will contact you and, where a substitute is not possible or not accepted, refund the relevant items.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in appearance.

Alfu Limited takes allergen information seriously; however, many of our products are produced or packed in facilities that also handle common allergens including nuts, gluten, milk, eggs, and others.

We cannot guarantee that any product sold by Alfu International is free from any allergen. Product formulations and manufacturing processes can change. Customers with food allergies or intolerances must check the ingredient and allergen information on the product label before consuming.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection legislation.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
